Initial Consultation
When you first contact us about a project, we'll spend time with you asking a lot of questions. We'll find out what kind of project you're considering and give you an approximate idea of how long it will take. We will answer any questions you have about Dream Homes.

If you decide you may want to hire us, we set up a consultation meeting at your home. During this meeting, we will assess the space you want to remodel. You can show us inspirational photos, talk us through what you want to use the space for and let us know what your dreams are for your home. We'll ask a lot of questions and take a lot of measurements and notes. During the initial consultation it is helpful to give us an idea of the
budget you have in mind so that we can assess what can be done with your budget.

We take all that information back to our offices and create a proposal for you that will include an estimated budget and detailed scope of the project. It will also include a construction timeline. After you review the proposal, we will discuss any change and additions you may want to make and prepare a contract.
