We work extensively with you during the design process, asking many questions and making suggestions we think will improve the functional space of your home. After the design is done, we even develop the architectural drawings. If you are already working with an architect, we are more than happy to work with your already drawn plans. We are constantly updating our technical expertise in order to deliver the best industry standards, keeping on top of new regulations and new technologies for building a safer, greener home.

Some of our clients already have lots chosen for their Dream Home. For those who don't, we have many connections and can assist you in finding the perfect lot. We also have experience working with "difficult" lots, and are capable of handling projects on lots challenged with tight spaces to difficult grading.

After your home is built and you move in, there will be small things that need to be adjusted from time to time. It is a brand new home. Not everything will be perfect right from the start.
