Design Phase
Once you have carefully reviewed and signed the contract we are ready to begin! The first thing we do is investigate the structure of the area we are renovating, to make sure there are no mechanical or structural issues that need to be addressed.

When we are certain we have a sound structure to work with, we develop and present the architectural plans and design for your project. After the designs have been reviewed and any changes have been made, we are able to create an actual materials list for your project. Final costs are presented to you in the form of a construction contract. We are now ready to begin construction.
